Situated in the heart of the historic Jesi Castles area at Staffolo, Cimarelli stands as an established symbol of quality, passion, and profound respect for the Marche region. The estate spans 10 hectares of specialised vineyards, distributed across Staffolo’s two main districts: Contrada San Francesco and Contrada Coste. Here, a favourable microclimate—marked by ideal temperature swings and sea breezes—combines with the richness of calcareous-clay soils. These natural elements impart exceptional aromatic complexity and unique minerality to the grapes, resulting in elegant, fresh, and well-structured wines that fully express the terroir’s true potential.
